certified hostings have a plan for unlimited wp sites, i like it.
why certified coz there speed is awesome, downtime - i dont remember, support - within 1 hour solution [my experience].
i think if u only wanna do blogs then its the best.

p.s. i dont have their wp plan, i have shared plan and most of my tube sites runs on them.
