So if a company did away with NATS or even MPA3???
Were all the NATS links just dead?
Can they be tracked?

They would need to have a re-write script to transfer your ID to the new platform or CCBill as you are suggesting.

How would they know my CCBILL code?

You'll still have the nats db... the script would need to grab the nats id and look in the db for the aff id. Then either through the db, script, off set math, ect match up the nats id's to the ccbill id, and do the redirect.

Any good coder can do it. The only people I know of that have done this is tmm/nats themselves.
