I think companies need to realize that going after someone like this just makes them look bad to everyone. It also makes it more known to someone who may have never heard of jail breaking their PS3. I know that I can mod my Xbox, but choose not to cause I like going online to play. Have them take down the site or remove the video, but to ask for the IP logs makes Sony look awful.
