Looking for reputable designer to skin affiliate site
 

I'm looking for a designer to update a CCBill affiliate site. I'd do it myself but most of my designs look the same and I want to mix it up a bit.

It's not a big job, but I would like it done well. If you have skinned CCBill Tools in the past this will be a breeze.
