They don't answer emails and my payout balance has been reached for a couple of months now.

I'm always online and i haven't see any email regarding your payouts.
Anyways what is your affiliate account, can you please drop me a line.

Maybe you haven't submitted your w9 Form. The system doesn't store payouts automatically for affiliates who are using US addresses and haven't submit their W9 Form. Actually we have a red warning text in the payments page.
