I have been using a Master Card and it was quite easy to receive cash advances through online banking. Perhaps with Visa it's different. Cash advances from credit cards are a good idea, especially if you can pay back the money within 30 days.

ZashPay are vague about their fee and banks that currently use PopMoney are charging $0-$4 per transaction, be interesting to see how Visa price it.
