We need a self starter to handle piece meal project work from us.
I will guarantee a negotiated, fixed retainer that I will pay you monthly.

Skills required:

* Advanced Photoshop Knowledge
* Must be a wizard with WordPress Theme's whether you build it from scratch or modify them...
* Must be able to skin VBulletin Boards
* Illustrator
* Flash Skills
* CSS
* HTML 5
* Understanding of PHP
* Indesign
* Must be able to create website mockups quickly
* Must be able to design logos, icons, print quality ads of any size
* Must be able to add your own creativity and style to what our needs are
* Written and oral communications skills in English is mandatory
* Selected individual must be able to communicate daily via SKYPE

*** AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, MUST BE FAST, NOT MARRIED TO YOUR WORK AND TAKE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM IN STRIDE...IT IS ALL A PART OF EVERYONE GETTING WHAT THE WANT & NEED.

I don't need you 40 hours per week, would consider it a bonus to be able to communicate during the light of day...as we aren't vampires nor do we aspire to be. You can work your own hours...as long as you meet mutually agreeable deadlines for any given project.
