How much for outsource?
 

I'm looking for a full time outsourced (40 hour week) very basic programmer. Cutting up PSDs to HTML, making pages, etc.

I've tried a couple of contacts and got some prices, but wanted to throw it out to see my options.

More than I wanted to pay.
