CCBill problem.
I'm getting some difficulty feetching my Transactions.
Need to click more that 15 times on Lookup to get me the data... :error Anyone having the same issue? |
Thier stats have been fucked up since last night at midnight.

I have been having the issue with the lookup function for past couple days also. I think it was before midnight. Like you said, i have to do it a bunch of times for it to work properly

Since first thing this morning we had some problems with our client stats today, as they were showing incorrectly. I spoke to someone at CCBill support who said they knew of the problem and were working to fix it asap. I just noticed that they are now fixed, so I'm guessing this is why there was some delay getting your stats. But if its still slow, try sending an email to their support.

We had an issue with our quick stats report this morning but that was resolved as of roughly 5am PST. As far as I'm aware there have not been any other issues but we will certainly check on this lookup problem you are having. If someone can please send me specifics I would be grateful. Thank you!

Would it be possible to get clarification on what you mean when you say "an issue" with stats reporting. It causes me to wonder because my quick stats show a drop from tuesday march 22nd at 31% join form submissions then a sudden drop to 0% join form submissions for wednesday march 23rd, and today thursday march 24th Strangely we have had a flurry of signups with other processors yesterday and today. So I ask for clarity because from my standpoint maybe "the issue" you are talking about is effecting join form submission percentages for some of your other clients. Clearly I have customers who want to join, but for past two days no one joining with ccbill? It just seems very coincidental for "stats reporting" issues when according to my own stats reporting the past 2 days have been 0 submissions thru ccbill but plenty of submissions with other billers |
Let me first explain, the problem we experienced only affected the Quick Stats or the stats that you see when you first login to your CCBill account. This did not affect any of our other reports or our ability to record your data.
We are currently in Beta on a stats system and we made a release for this last night. Unfortunately this release caused the problem that you saw in the Quick Stats. The problem caused the yesterdays transactions column to show only the sales numbers from your 0000 account so it made things seem very off for those who have more than one site or subaccount. A change in sales or submission percentages would be the cause of another issue I?m afraid. Please contact us and we can put through some tests and take a deeper look to make sure everything is functioning on your account properly. |
