A freind in a wheelchair - Anything make it easier?
A friend of mine just had a really bad motorcycle accident. He is going to be in wheelchair for a while and maybe permanent. Is there anything he would need or could use to make it easier? I know this is a weird request but sometimes there are things that people know or can use.
Thanks. |
one of those claw reach extenders, for getting stuff in cabinets or off shelves

If he is a star wars fan

depends on the type of chair he has? will he be pushing his self around? If so some nice gloves...they also make different types of cushions...
but if you can provide some more detail on whats wrong and what kinda chair he will have i can give some more input... My parents have 5 kids (4 foster 1 adopted) that are in wheel chairs |
a hot nurse
(sorry to hear that - but everyone who rides a bike knows the risk - i did as well for the many years i did) |
just happened. I will try and get details. The snatcher grabber seems like a good idea.

i'd imagine you getting him anything wheelchair related would only upset him...
be there for support, if it's still in doubt maybe some extra rehab on the side would help things move along faster for him to get mobile on his own again. |
cocaine and hookers...
no gift says you care more... :2 cents: . |
sorry to hear about your friend

Sorry to hear that. Take him fishing or other outdoor activities he can do sitting down.
