What do you use for monitoring traffic?

What does everybody here use for real-time hit tracking on their websites?

I need something that will track everything, all my domains across several servers, in real time. Dont need individual website analytics.

I mostly use this to monitor my network and quickly identify if there is a major problem.

www.zopim.com you can install on your site, disable the chat feature and watch your traffic in real time, what pages they're on, referring url etc.

I checked out zopim.com but it doesnt really appear to be what I'm looking for.

I got tracewatch installed, but making it work across several servers is challenging.
