Someone from Payserve here? Apparently blocked my account and disabled the video FLV tools!

I just wonder if I'm doing something wrong. The contact Ralph not reply my e-mails!

if anyone else is having a problem with logging into their accounts please understand that we are currently in the middle of switching hosts so there are a few problems creeping up here and there and being corrected quickly. The tech guys are hard at work getting everything up and running smoothly

I doubt they blocked your account, I noticed galleries and FLV's weren't loading last night during their daytime and evening, lots of gateway errors etc. I just skimmed the traffic away from them until this morning.

cool, was just getting ready to ask someone if things were okay :). Trying to log in but I keep getting an error message saying my IP address has changed during my current session and I need to relog in, which I do but it never goes to the log in page just back to the page telling me my IP address was changed during my current session. So will give it a while and try again later

we are working hard to try and get those problems resolved, everything should be fine in a few hours
