Say I take the bait in the spam and order the penis pills that increases my penis size 3" - that's the claim. So let's say it works, can I keep buying more and each time add 3 more inches and just keep repeating until i have a 7 foot long penis?

please advise

I guess in theory that would work (highly doubtful, but just for the sake of joking), but why would anyone want a dick that long? haha You can expect to never get laid again.
