Paxum support anyone? - WTF?

I really hate to discuss this kind of stuff in public but enough is enough:mad:

I have my plastic card since December, I had to provide my docs: Id with pic and address proof.

If I have my card since December then this mean that my account has been verified and indeed it is well noticed at the top paxum website ----> (Verified Account)

Yesterday when I was attepting to renew some domain names my payment was declined due to unverified address.
I login to paxum and there was two lines of text asking my docs - WTF? - I sent 2 emails one to [email protected] and one hour later other to [email protected] ... it's been almost 24 hours and no reply of any kind!

Today I started a ticket at the paxum website and they replied that I had to upload my docs, all this without even justify why I had to do it again.

I did it, one phone bill, my Id card with photo and my driver's licence with photo ... and waited .... waited .... already replied to the ticket asking some update and not reply so far ...

I repeat, I REALLY HATE to talk this kind of stuff in public but enough is enough.

I understand the need for docs but what I don't understand is the lack of communication of your support!

So please anyone from PAXUM can give me some REAL update?

why didnt somebody at paxum look into it when the issue first arose ? ? furthermore why is the issue even there?

why is there a need to verify a verified account ? whats next ? verify that your verified adress is verified?

I also don't understand why people should verify already verified accounts, especially accounts without any shady transactions?

lololol these threads are so fun

Agent 488 03-30-2011 10:01 AM

you just have to verify the verification of the verifictaion big deal.

bbobby86 03-30-2011 10:04 AM

i haven't that kind of problems...

RuthB 03-30-2011 10:08 AM

Pimpware - Your card was not declined due to the request for verification documents. You should receive a response to your ticket soon.

PAXUM CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE
Any Paxum client receiving a request for verification documents can STILL use his or her account and Paxum Mastercard normally and without any disruption of service.

1st of all paxum HATERS - Go Fuck Yourself :321GFY:1orglaugh

It's all solved now, Ruth and Yngwie did all they could to help me :thumbsup , I will not discuss much details, the problem was a little difference on the address because of the lantin letters that my address has and the way it was writen on the paxum card files, that way it was not matching and the transaction was declined - fuck! just one character was doing that!

The real problem was the slow support response and some lack of communication, nothing else!

And because I've seen paxum always improving I believe they will do all they can to make their customers happy - (happy endings :1orglaugh ) sorry about the joke :1orglaugh

PS: more haters - forgive me if I assassinated somehow the english language with this post but it's not my first language so fuck off :321GFY
