looks like a TGP script, but Id say TGPX would be able to run that

I forget the name but it's a free gallery script you prob have as one click install, I used it on a site before it's easy and has lots of uses. Look under the gallery programs you have under softalicous or whatever and it's prob there. I think it's caller coppermine or something :)

btw how does a site like that become so popular in less than a year?

i see it has alexa 1353 and it's a relatively new site.
