Who can setup a Cyprus or UK corp for me?
 

I do not need a merchant account, only the corporation setup.

I would prefer to get setup in Cyprus if the price is right, I received the price from a company that sets up Cyprus corps and it seemed high to me. Maybe I am wrong.

I would settle with UK though.

I got quoted $4,500 so it is dead on I guess.

Cyprus and UK are VERY different juridictions.

You need to be clear on what you want to achieve and how much that is worth paying for. Ongoing reporting requirements and costs are as important as setup costs unless you are planning something you are going to run away from. In the past I have found www.ocra.com to be very informative. Not the best price, but for info they are reliable and none of this "contact us for a quote" crap.

Loads can do the UK corp, just google "UK company formation". Can be done online although you might have to pay a surcharge if you are outside the UK.

Cyprus can be done cheaper than what's been quoted here. Ireland's cheaper though and only 3% more in corporate tax.

Hit me on my sig and I'll give you the contact of a guy who's set up a few of my companies. I looked into a Cyprus corp at one time and if memory serves it was under $4000.

If you're going to do any banking with it, I'd advise not to put the two in the same jurisdiction. Example, bank in Cyprus but use Seychelles for your corp.
