I can't count the number of pointless bans I've received on that shit hole. Thin skinned little cunts in that territory. I once got banned for "religious intolerance" while claiming scientology was a cash scam. Unless you're planning on selling braindead eBooks to clueless noobs there is next to nothing of value there. That being said, there are monies in WSOs. If you care to tolerate there idiocy and build yourself a reputation, you can sell the tards over there anything. There are people who have derived their entire incomes (and good ones at that) by becoming warriorforum celebs of sorts, without having any real skill whatsoever. Look at dipshits like Imram Naseem, who can package up some common knowledge shit that everyone has been doing for months "How To Get Rich With Facebook Fanpages!" and sell hundreds of copies with ease, then turn around two months later and sell "How To Get Rich With Facebook Fanpages Assassin 2 The Revised Edition!" with absolute no new information all over again to a whole new group of idiots.

It's about just going and doing things. Everything converts. Everything makes money. You have to go out and test for yourself to make it sell.

If I even *think* something can make me money the last thing I am doing is publicly asking questions about it. I will go and test it. Why would I take a potential money maker and share it with people? Or even leave it open for debate? Especially publicly.

If you are wasting a couple hours asking questions about it you are wasting a couple hours that you could have already been done developing something to test.

Nice honest post for once from you. Its nice to see youre not all asshole all the time. One thing I will point out to you though. You really should come off your high horse. How do you know why I posted this thread? You honestly don't. You don't know the reason, you dont know if I have even tried to make any money off of wf. A couple of hours? It took me .5 seconds to make this thread and tab away to another land.

You really should stop trying to be so high and mighty and just chill out.

I will make this ebook:

Make money with free pics you find on other sites

and sell it there for 9.99$

And probably they will buy it...

Kiopa_Matt 04-04-2011 04:47 PM

Shitty forum, full of half witted morons who would have a hard time locating their own ass with two hands. I got banned from there too, because I questioned the almighty Paul Myers. Ironic part being, he used to be a customer of mine, and constantly asking for me help. Go figure... cunt...

fris 04-04-2011 04:51 PM

amazes me the amount of products that sell that are pure bs, people can make hundreds of thousands of dollars preying on noobs.

think the only person that i see posting on there from here is brad gosse, i know he has a bunch of products, even one thats lke $500 a month.

DangerX !!! 04-04-2011 04:52 PM

I visit it from time to time but it's pretty useless and lame as most of nowadays webmaster forums. Most gone shit as fuck with India/Pakistan and other noob & moron flood, V7N, DP, SP, Wicked (read: Gay) Fire bullshit, all crap. WebmasterWorld is still not bad, GFY, S8 ...actually, there is also a new good one but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post about it here. Oh and a few programing and Unix boards I visit as well.

Many people on other bh/wh wm boards say that WAFO is filled with morons....

But many of these "morons" have money to burn. While its easy to get down on WAFO for having a lot of n00bs, didn't we all start out as noobs as well. I'd be the first to admit that I'm still a noob in many things. Nothing wrong with asking tons of questions, milling around, and trying stuff out. While I'm not sure of the cull rate from newb to proven webmaster is at WAFO, I'm sure there's quite a few that go on to achieve and meet their goals. I know a few deep vertical content owners that started out from there and other newb friendly boards. In fact, one of my biggest clients right now started off at WAFO and after learning the hard way the problems inherent in duplicate content, he found me and I've helped take him to a whole different level. He says needed the early newb stumbles to get the right systematic mindset. Sometimes early pain is the best teacher and helps you appreciate the right solutions that come along later. I don't think I would have him on board with my LSI content services if he felt he "hit the right formula" with crappier/duped content early on.

Bottomline:

There is no shame in being new, clueless, and groping around for answers. Those who maintain their eagerness to learn and quickly incorporate their experiences and experiment boldly will eventually rise and find their niche.

you are honestly missing my point. i am saying the exact opposite of me being high and mighty. i am telling you you are capable of going there and making sales. and should go and do it. start out with a small test. and if you have any bites, review why, and scale from there.

i see alot of times over the years you asking what could and does convert. i used to have the same questions, i am just honestly telling you everything converts. you just have to test and tweek.

i got off my high horse long time ago. i care about making money and excelling my business. i dont compare what other people are doing to me. i beat to my own drum.

Your point was not missed. You are assuming and you know what they say about assumptions.

Its that simple.

And btw i am not asking what is converting and waiting for the silver spoon. When I make threads like these it is often times to just spark thoughts and ideas. Not for hand outs. And that is where you are assuming.

alias 04-04-2011 05:11 PM

It was a good post, IMO headless the real reason you are making this thread and responding with bumps like you care to everyone is because someone finally bought your sig.

Once again wrong. I havent sold my sig in ages. Dont care too....

Shall I point out the assuming line again? lol

Of course it's not a shame to be a noob, but it is a shame to be a noob who asks: "How do I make a website?" or "What is this FTP for?" or "What is better, Dreamweaver or Photoshop to make a website?". The things that can be easily found with one single query in Google or Wikipedia shouldn't be asked 1000 times on a webmaster forum, they also give misinformational advice.. and there is so much of it on these boards it's not even funny anymore. BHW and BHT are also going in this direction, though you can still find something useful if you can dig and read between the lines.

Honestly lets all just stop bickering and lets put our heads together and make some money. I am tired of the drama bickering here on gfy. I want to get back to productive threads that spark ideas that make me money.

I long for the good ol days where one could read a forum and go home with tons of ideas swirling around in their head.

BHW used to have good blackhat SEO info. Then it succumbed to the Indian invasion and has basically spiraled into the DP of blackhat forums. "Derp derp derp, how do I use Scrapebox?" There's a lot of people who know their shit there though, you just need to nose your way into the right circles...

The best way to make money dealing with the market that makes up users of Warrior forums is to sell something which holds out the promise of helping someone make money.

Buying anything which holds out the promise of helping you make money is usually a big mistake, with one exception I found, a plugin for Wordpress called PopupDomination, great because of it's easy integration with any mailer.

Personally, I only visit that forum once every month or so just to see what's buzzing and maybe get an idea or two.

Agent 488 04-05-2011 01:16 AM

there is the odd thread that's legit, like this hellhole. keep your mind open.

like any webmaster forum, the value is in networking with others. keep your eyes peeled for people who seem to be on top of things, stalk them in their threads for a while, and make contact. don't present yourself as a clueless newb, and make yourself open for the sharing of ideas. the real goods are always exchanged off the forums.
