Why do people call you wanting to buy things then never actually buy anything? I've must have fielded about 15 calls from people this year so far wanting this or that then when you're finally done with them... they never buy a damn thing. Just run up your fucking phone bills. One guy was "ready to pay" last month. Never paid. So this dumb fuck calls back again a month later "ready to begin".... given payment info. Never pays again.

so anybody that informs about buying something must buy even if they dont like it or have second thoughts for whatever reason ?

its called "informing yourself" .. makes sense to me to first ask a couple of questions about details you are not too sure about .. even if you have a perfect description in your ad some people are going to want to double check it .. or maybe even havent read it .. others might think they can bargain with you about the price ...

I am not talking someone who writes in asking a question. I am talking about the ones who say they are going to buy this or that then when the time finally comes to pay they VANISH.

I had this one moron from overseas who I must have spent 6 total hours on the phone with over a period of maybe 3 weeks. Already had a start date ready. Then this idiot finally says.. oh well... my investment money fell through or some BS. And it was only around $3-4k. Who the fuck needs an investment that small anyway. :1orglaugh

I invested what you say is small amount in a little restaurant that was struggling for cash. Sold my shares in said company for 20x the amount in a little over 1 year. so........

Maybe what you are trying to sell is the problem. That or you're a poor closer.
