I have white label to them and I saw a sale today and this is my first I got sale from thousands of traffic that I had I want to know how much I am getting after this transaction.

Dunno but their conversions are awful lately :(

30% of the amount collected I believe is the normal rate.

Sometimes the 'amount attempted' takes several hours before it shows up as collected.

Actually I send over 10k this week and I had only 1 sale haha

So it means in the amount of collected will be multiply to 30%?

Well it's 30% of the Net Sales which is listed on the Transaction Summary report. But yeah your share should be about $21.96

oh yeah! its not even reaching the cost of my traffic that I purchase LOL

Maybe some of your 10k traffic signed up with a cookie from one of the other 20 whitelabels they mysteriously found themselves surfed to?

As adraco said, if buying traffic was profitable as a sole tactic, then nobody would need affiliates or SEO
