moniker sending out domain expiry "summary" for EVERY domain?

Is it just me, or are Moniker sending out their expiry summary to each and every domain?

Instead of one summary per week saying that X domains will expire soon, I'm now receiving one PER DOMAIN saying that 1 is about to expire...

So far I've received about 7 notifications today. With 100+ domains this is going to get old pretty quickly.

Glitch or feature?

I only get one per week.

So did I, until today.

Now instead of 1 per week summarising all domains, it looks like I'm getting one per domain per week "summarising" each domain... it's not a summary if there's 100 of them and they only mention one item each! :error

yup - that just happened to me today too...

The summary email subject used to be - Weekly Report of Expiring Domains for <my_main_account_email>

Now each one is - Weekly Report of Expiring Domains for <[email protected]>

I presume they've changed their system and overlooked the fact that with privacy each domain will have a different public address. Or something like that.

I can't login into my moniker account (lost my password)
Try to reset it but looks like that function is not working...
Anyone know how to contact their support ?

Sounds like an imitation of Godaddy's unmeasurable amount of emails to "remind" you to renew your domain. I believe it creates a higher retention and since email is cheap, they probably take a chance to make sure you renew and earn them a new commission.

Nah, I think it's an error. I've been getting the summaries for years, they're pretty much the same today except each one is now addressed to the "public" WHOIS email, rather than my (single) account email. And of course that each "summary" refers to only one domain, rather than my entire portfolio. :1orglaugh The way it is now is useless because you'd need to manually put together EVERY "summary" email in order to get an overview of your domains... which is what a summary is supposed to be, ehhh.

Hopefully someone at moniker can look into fixing this. I'll shoot them a mail if it's not fixed in a day or two.

Are there messages still queued up? I'm still receiving them, last one was about 6 1/2 hours after your msg.

Only 1 email per account I have with them here. No clients with any issues either.
