Can this message be removed from the bottom of email messages people send you from their Iphone, or blackberry for that matter?

or replaced to "Im not working, fuck you!"

Settings >> Mail >> Signature

I paid someone who works for me today 3 weeks early because they were desperate for cash and I felt bad. Here is the email and reply I received about 8 hours later:
