We will most likely be seeing Boston or Philly in the finals :)

MetaMan 04-13-2011 02:25 PM

:1orglaugh lol at vancouver fans. every year you're going to win it! guess what, you will have another early exit.

your team is built for the flash of the season. when it gets down to everything being on the line you will as usual choke.

remember this post, this year and the next year and the next year.

Topbuxom Lea 04-13-2011 02:34 PM

Go Hawks! :thumbsup

i'll be watching for sure

NaughtyRob 04-13-2011 02:41 PM

Love this time of year!

JamesChoopa 04-13-2011 02:45 PM

Let's Go RANGERS!!!

I have the NYR getting out of the first round but after that, nada....

My finals prediction, Flyers vs. Ducks w/ Flyers taking it...

Hate to say it because I'm a NYR fan but that team is built for the playoffs

96ukssob 04-13-2011 02:46 PM

I was just wondering when this started today and looked it up...

btw, Flyers FTW! :thumbsup

lol there are 16 teams in the playoffs. because a team doesn't win it doesn't make them choke artists.

and since when is losing to a team with more points "choking" ?

With our recent team, we've went to the 2nd round twice and only losing to the cup champs and a team that ended the regular season with 9 more points and would eventually be the cup champs the following year.

Get real.

If anybody is saying theyre going to win is just being biased (since all 16 teams have a chance) but to say we don't stand one of the better chances to win is ridiculous.

Get real.

It is choking. And the Vancouver Canucks are choke artists. Ok now that they have the most points in the league when they lose will you at least call them choke artists?

"Losing to the cup champs"? That's right see the big word in their LOSING. Which is what your team does when playoffs hit. and LOSERS what your fans are?

and with your edit NO they do not have a chance to win. "choke artists" dont win that is why they are called CHOKE ARTISTS. what dont you get?

Sorry, the history of the Canucks is to choke.. Sooooo many years they've been close to getting thru some series and at the end they just fall apart when the pressure is on. I've watched it happen time and time again.

Yes because teams don't drastically change each few years. lol if past teams who wore the jersey did, well then this team must be the same. :1orglaugh

Yeeeaahhhhhhhh.... But then that's always what people say until the team loses... Course, maybe I'm still bitter over '94. :1orglaugh

The best series will be

04/14 Canadiens vs. Bruins - 06:00pm (CT)

The habs will win in 6!

Really? Watched a baseball game lately?

Evil Chris 04-13-2011 07:08 PM

Vancouver game starting now. I agree they have a history of choking in the playoffs. A lot like San Jose.
This should be the best series of the first round, though. Chicago has nothing to lose and everything to gain, and it's all on the line for Vancouver.

Too bad there's no Byfuglin this year in this one.

JFK 04-13-2011 07:40 PM

almost time for me to start watching:thumbsup

CDSmith 04-15-2011 10:17 AM

Habs-Bruins, good start to that series. Well, not for Bruins fans. Good series though. Always is.

Kings-Sharks looks to be a surprisingly good series, at least if game 1 is any indication.

Nice start for Vancouver. Expect the Blackhawks to bring it on bigger in game 2.

Metaman -- seeing as how your team can only be seen on the golf course in the post season for the last few years I wouldn't be squawking about the Canucks quite so loudly if I were you.

Lastly... All the talk out there suggests the Winnipeg Jets are coming home for next year. Once that happens you are all in for a world of hurt on the ice. :D

WebairGerard 04-15-2011 10:35 AM

Rangers for the upset over the Caps! :)
