wow - my home made wine goes GREAT with chocolate!
Some wines seem to enhance chocolate.
My home made blackberry wine cooler was AMAZING with chocolate. Kind of blew me away just how good they went together. |
What sort of chocolate?
best chocolate for wine is?
Cool, did you use a kit to make it?
Translation : Everything taste good when drunk.
:1orglaugh Just kidding. Actually that sounds like a good combination of flavors. Can almost taste it just by thinking about it. |
Awesome man, I went to school for wine making and have made a couple bottles there where not too bad.
I hope someday to open a little winery when I retire. Maybe we can partner up then ;) |
love dark chocolate and red wine:thumbsup

just a cheapo milk chocolate bunny but it worked awesome with blackberry wine!
Interesting choice :)
chocolate kinda replaced cheese nowadays :)
Remember the chic at Flora Springs that had us pairing wine and chocolate? I gave most of my wine away and took the chocolate back the hotel in Sausalito.
I like 'chocolate'
homemade wines are the best. A few years back we had a small property with a good amount of grape plants and we made our own wine and balsamic vinegar. They were awesome!

mmmm I love berries and chocolate! I made some cream cheese frosting the other day and remembered I had rasperry extract so I flavored it. OOHHHH man is it good.
we have massive blackberries here too, but this year the weather got cold, then hot, then cold again a bunch and they're all little shriveled things... it sucks! no wine for us! just frosting. I even ran out of cake. haha |

Wine and chocolate sounds good. Some may try to mix bacon and chocolate.
