That's what I expect the screaming will be about.

If people are legitimately caught then they need punishing. If it's just an IP address, they aren't proven guilty. I have always said there needs to b a proper procedure.

But it's not the fault of those trying to protect their property, the blame lies squarely on the shoulders of the pirates. If they didn't use someone else's IP address to pirate, the innocent wouldn't get caught.

Looks like the Internet is getting more serious for New Zealand. There is a place called New Zealand's Copyright Tribunal. I think the consequences are that less people will copy others.
