I have one within 5 steps from my desk, and I now do about 6 miles a day, in one mile at a time increments.

I have a seperate treadmill as well. Great for cold, wet or windy days!

Those workstations are interesting. I think risk of falling increases because of more distractions, unless they walk at a slow speed.

How long is it taking you to do 6 miles now?

I took your lead and got one too about 4 weeks ago. I'm doing about 20-25 miles per week more than I did previously, which was not a lot, and I'm feeling a lot better for it already.
