International Payout Services GMBH to cease and discontinue EMC2Payouts Program

EMC2 Payouts to have new strategic partner and offer new payout system in May 2011

APRIL 18TH, 2011 (WOODLAND HILLS, CA)

EMC2 Billing has received a letter dated April 9th, 2011 from Edwin Gonzales, Jr., International Payout Services GMBH (IPS) stating that IPS will cease and discontinue all business operations on Monday June 6th, 2011 5pm EST. The following is an excerpt from that letter:

?In order to properly wind-down its current business, IPS GMBH shall provide its clients and program managers with a formal thirty day (30) written Notice of its discontinuance of business pursuant to its assigned contracts, and, require that they find an alternative provider of services (?Client Notice?).

EMC2 Billing is currently working with other strategic partners in the payouts industry to provide an alternative eWallet solution to our clients well ahead of the June 6th deadline.

?We would like to thank all of our affiliate program clients and the account holders themselves for their valuable feedback and insight into the payouts program over the last year, and we look forward to serving you with our own product offering in the very near future,? Greg Berard, CEO, EMC2 Billing.

In the interim, please feel free to direct any questions regarding the wind down of the International Payout Service GMBH program directly to IPS via their e-wallet website support or to:

I have some payouts in "limbo" that will hit my account in 2 weeks. I assume those payments are safe and can be withdrawn?

The funds are fine, and all request transfers are being processed. Affiliate payouts will all be processed and completed like normal as well.
For legal/contractual reasons we had to post these upcoming changes.

Thank you,
LauraLee

This is what happens when you have poor branding and don't promote your product properly.

hmmm... I don't really get what this means.. Does this mean emc2payouts/ipayout is shutting down? But EMC2Billing will have a new system? Too many freakin different names.

~ Renaldo,

Renaldo,

You are welcome to move your funds out of your wallet in any of these ways:
-eWallet to Bank via EFT (electronic funds transfer)
-eWallet to Bank via Wire Transfer
-eWallet to an existing Credit or Debit Card
-eWallet to our own Pre-Paid Visa Debit Card
-eWallet to Paper Check

It is completely up to you, how you wish to transfer your money out of the wallet.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you,
LauraLee

EMC2Billing is the parent company that has been a processing veteran in the Adult Space. When the epass problem surfaced, we had clients who asked if we knew of a viable solution for their needs. That is when EMC2Billing created the offshoot EMC2Payouts, which became the marketing arm for I-Payouts Systems (IPS) adult related eWallet platform.
Because we (EMC2Billing/EMC2Payouts), were unable to negotiate full management of the platform, the plan is now to move over to our own software/platform in May, and no longer use ISP platform come the beginning of June.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions Tempest.

Thank you,
LauraLee

As a customer, it's still not clear to me what's going on... From a customer standpoint is everything business as usual with no changes to the site, my money, the Visa card etc. etc. etc... From a customer standpoint, what's changing?

pornpf69 04-20-2011 01:01 PM

is paxum going to be the only option?!

xarizmendi 04-20-2011 02:37 PM

So how are you going to deal with funds coming into the ewallet? how is this going to affect us the customers?

uno 04-20-2011 05:32 PM

Wow, what was the time frame here? 4 or 5 months?

Agent 488 04-20-2011 05:33 PM

Firestarter30 04-28-2011 01:19 PM

livesexoncams 05-03-2011 04:53 AM

Dear Program Manager,

International Payout Services GmbH has been acting as your central claims settling agent / commercial agent, facilitating payouts to your users on your behalf.

Mr. Edwin Gonzales, Jr. is the sole shareholder of International Payout Services GmbH. Regrettably, has come to the decision to terminate our services. On his behalf and as the Managing Director and legal representative of International Payout Services GmbH, I am required to give notice today, that International Payout Services GmbH will discontinue all business operations at close of business on Monday June 6th, 2011.

Please notify users accordingly and cease forwarding funds to IPS GmbH on or before June 6th, 2011; funds received after the termination date will be rejected.

Users should initiate funds movement through their online wallet accounts on or before June 5th, 2011, not doing so may cause delay in funds returns.

IPS GmbH will facilitate return of funds balances as requested by Program Managers and users based upon formal requests from the wallet administrator. If you have any further questions feel free to contact our support at +1-866-844-5682 .

Best Regards,

Getting worse every day...

aleck 05-13-2011 06:33 AM

The wire request is sitting there for 17 hrs. The status is "Waiting for Approval by International Payout Services GmbH's Management". Sounds impressive.

ContentPimp 05-13-2011 06:38 AM

i remember when epass went under, those vouching for this emc2payout (i cant even remember their name properly) were all jumping for joy saying paxum sucks, etc... where are these supporters now ??

lagcam 05-13-2011 07:13 AM

Beware of reps who don't look you in the eye when telling you all is well........

willwank 05-24-2011 01:08 PM

Just to give them fair treatment. They transfered my current balance into my Canadian bank account. No issues after I contacted them per email.

livesexoncams 05-31-2011 01:32 PM

Yes, it seems that the prepaid cards are still working also. Any info about what will happen in the future?

livesexoncams 06-04-2011 03:59 AM

Just received this:

As per VISA, all GlobeWallet prepaid cards have been temporarily suspended. All card balances will be unloaded back to your eWallet. You will then be able to transfer these funds out using any other eWallet method.

Should the problems continue, we will issue new replacement cards, free of charge.

ladida 06-04-2011 04:22 AM

They're dying, is normal because they lost epass game and have probably 100 customers or so, and fee's are killing them. It's just a matter of time when they close, only problem is will they give everyone their funds or steal them. If they give funds back, no foul, just a business venture that failed.

djroof 06-04-2011 04:29 AM

drama here?

Chosen 06-04-2011 04:58 AM

No drama yet I guess... :pimp
