I talked to LauraLee (one of the reps) and it looks like they are just going to use another platform (software) as they didn't manage to acquire the i-payout platform so they could have full control over it. I kind of like them, its a good choice to spread risk after the ePassporte thing. The only issue I had with them so far is that I ordered a prepaid card and never got it, they asked me to cancel it and re-request one, which I did... don't know if I'm going to ever see this one either.
