iPhones secretly track their users' locations
 

Apple devices appear to be tracking their owners' locations and storing data about people's whereabouts without their knowledge, according to a report posted Wednesday on a site called iPhone Tracker.

The unauthorized surveillance started in June 2010, when the latest version of Apple's mobile operating system was released, according to two researchers who say they discovered a hidden tracking file and posted it out of concern for users.

Well that turned out to be bollocks.

they read all our msg, listening all our phone calls, spying us on cams, free world!

I thought everyone already knew this? Big deal.... Anyone who follows tech dev treads and sees what is coming out in the next few years knows why this is happening and is excited about it.

Considering many of the Apple products are 'phoning home' throughout the day, whether launched/active or not, and have been doing this for as long as I can remember,...
I am not sure how you would honestly be surprised by this?
