The search is "porn xxx".

seeandsee 04-22-2011 02:31 PM

Who cares, domain like domain... second place for porn.xxx kw in g, jez :D

Alprazolam 04-22-2011 02:34 PM

who gives a shit what the search is. from the looks of it, google is already giving major weight to the extension. good job lawley, no one saw this coming. it's all downhill from here with google and this extension. so much for "don't be evil"

2intense 04-22-2011 02:34 PM

Fat Panda 04-22-2011 02:35 PM

.xxx is fucking worthless...

Fat Panda 04-22-2011 02:37 PM

soon all browsers will block .xxx domains and apps will remove .xxx domains from any searches, then the domain will die

Rochard 04-22-2011 02:38 PM

woj 04-22-2011 03:09 PM

you guys need to keep in mind that this is without any seo work at all... with some work they could very easily dominate many high volume keywords....

funning with you.

yes they dont rank for porn but given that their extension ranks for sex xxx and porn xxx and the .com versions of those KW domains dont, that tells you something.

It's nothing special since if you type for example domain com you will get that domain as first result in most cases.

did you read the thread?

the terms searched were normal queries.

porn xxx
xxx sex
sex xxx

did not search domains.anything

Frank21 04-22-2011 03:49 PM

Just as expected. the first step moving to ban all porn to .xxx.
I will never buy it tho, i visited 1 time a .xxx website and had a virus and malware in my pc straight away.

Ranking top for PORN without even having any porn on the site this is so stupid.
Google cant even find porn on the internet anymore geeze google isnt as good anymore as it used to be.

And no content, original, quality or otherwise. Shouldn't have many back links yet, either, so the question is why does Google give so much weight to .xxx extensions?

Looks like a fixed game to me.

alias 04-22-2011 03:56 PM

That search is targeted to include the xxx.
Most similar to a search like "porn com" for instance:

http://datnog.com/porn_com.jpg

http://www.google.com/search?sourcei...F-8&q=porn+com

So combos with xxx in the search it will kill it.

And did you read my post? These three queries which you just posted it's completely same like you type porn.xxx sex.xxx as queries.Unless they rank for keyword which dont include xxx,it means nothing.

thats why i said 'not bad' :winkwink:

soon as i saw it i was like "wow, no porn content, no on page seo, little (to no) relevant backlinks

then my mind started going through some great '.xxx' combinations and i had to stop myself lol

cuz i'm not buying!

alias 04-22-2011 04:26 PM

50+ news site articles mention porn.xxx because of the press releases. Still can see the .xxx being useful if that is one of your keywords because it crams it in.

That will surely be worth having to follow policies and rules that can change every year and will be decided by people like Stuart Lawley and Joan Irvine. lol

Um... no thanks. I'd rather have control over my business than any possible advantage to searches that include "xxx" on Google.

alias 04-22-2011 04:59 PM

Well Connor, I don't know about you but this domain extension is integral to my newest business venture: texme.xxx hot drunk texan sluts fucked hard in Juarez.

This is my crew of studs getting ready for the latest shoot:

That was very quick... very quick.

BlackCrayon 04-22-2011 09:04 PM

maybe you should check how often a term like 'porn xxx' is actualy searched. i doubt its that much but yeah, its bullshit and still too early to see how google will treat .xxx domains.

moeloubani 04-23-2011 08:35 AM

you don't think the fact that every porn board and news site suddenly started linking to it had anything to do with it? Major weight yeah right....

Fuck .xxx

MrCain 04-23-2011 08:46 AM

I bet if some major news sites linked to cluelessabout.seo in an article about the new dotseo tld, you'd probably be able to rank for the words "clueless about seo" for a couple of weeks.
