Crysis 2, anyone else playing it?
 

I can't believe how fast the game development is moving, this game is beyond amazing.. the graphics is freaking amazing..

Simply no time for games here.

Playing it right now but the damn game keeps shutting my audio off.

It wasn't bad (finished it a few days ago) still prefer number 1 though.

The single player is good. On a PC it looks really good.

The online is a mess though. The netcode drops packets and it lags like crazy, not to mention all the glitches. It's fun till about level 20 though then you just can't take the inconsistency anymore.

i have the disc but waiting for my pci express card to get replaced.,.,this sucks.

Something I'm finding a little strange in Crysis 2 is that you're unable to cut down trees and stuff like you were in Crysis 1 .. what's up with that .. a big step backwards

Anyone remember this part? Annoying bug. But otherwise, one of the best games I've played in the last couple of years.

I would if I could get the bloody sound to work on my computer. Picked up a new sound card yesterday thinking that would solve the problem, and while there, picked up Cyrsis 2 as well (only $10 :)).

Sure enough, sound still doesn't work, so now I have to lug the whole bloody computer downtown today.

There was a few things I noticed with number 2 that I thought were pretty crappy, I almost turned it off after the first level but kept playing and glad I did wasn't a jaw dropping game for me but delivered.

Battlefield 3 looks promising.

Dang that sucks, had simular problem before where the onboard sound (also wouldn't work with sound card) got one them USB sound cards from ebay like 6 bucks that got sound back on an older system of mine.

The nanosuit is its high point. But if you really want your SOCKS knocked off, check out Battlefield 3 when it rolls out

Lugged it down today, and still no sound. Not only that, I had the extra pleasure of reformatting my HD, and installing everything from scratch.

Get downtown, and in typical Thai fashion, get told "please come back in 1 hour" every hour for four hours. At the end, was told they can't fix it because there's a problem with Windows 7. I figure no worries, get the computer home, and sure enough, there's loads of problems with Windows 7 now. Errors popping up every 2 seconds, lots of programs don't work anymore, etc.

I don't know what the hell they were doing, and obviously they didn't either. And this is a brand new computer, I just bought it 3 days ago. Thai people are just so unbelievably intelligent, it boggles the mind at times. Then there's no point in getting angry, because you'll just get a "mai bpen rai" (no worries / no problem) in response.

Oh well, I guess at least my computer is free of any excess junk that used to be on there. Still no sound though. :disgust

If you are using a new soundcard, make sure to turn off the on-board sound in the bios if you can.
