im training with an old bodybuilder (now a dad) and has me doing some crazy workouts, but basically all body and I feel it more than when I do isolated workouts (back & bi's or chest & tri's, etc.) |

As I said in another thread....keeping it simple like this workout is the best. You'll get the same results, or better than doing all of that isolation crap.

Hey Bro, my work outs have been going good too. I havent really ratcheted up the bulk building yet, still dropping the weight but have lost 15 pounds in the last month. About to start cranking the muscle building.
