More proof Canadians are outright morons
As far as G8 countries go Canada was the least affected by the global economic crisis - why? Because of it's conservative banking laws and it had its financial house in order compared to other countries. Thanks to the Conservative party and the Finance minister in the previous Liberal government.
So what are Canadians doing? They're very close according to voter opinion polls to electing the socialist New Democratic party to run the country. LOL Who will spend their way into debt giving freeloaders and rejects more free stuff as if they don't get enough now. The leader of the party is a goofball who is the epitome of the term 'limousine liberal' and 'champagne socialist'. I know nobody cares but it is absolutely bizarre. |

The Rhino Party puts the "PARTY" back in Political party!!!! ;-)) |
I'm voting NDP.
Anything to get rid of Stephen Harper to send a message that I don't support those who support Israel. And if it comes out that the NDP give the same support to them as the Conservatives did then I'll switch my vote again next time. That's my golden issue I know everyone has one. That and Jack Layton went to a rub-n-tug which is totally funny! |
I don't vote because no matter who runs this country we are fucked

I think we maybe fucked , as too many idiots will vote for a goofball and his party, who is the epitome of the term 'limousine liberal' and 'champagne socialist'.
Not that I agree with Harper's failed policy of emulating Bush and being in Afghanistan:mad: |
That's what human being do.
Humans can not leave without problems. Human beings are all the time looking for more and more trouble... |
I'm giving my vote to NDP. Hopefully they'll fuck Canadian economy so bad the Canadian dollar will go down and making US$ will be interesting again

NDP is the welfare party. why anyone who makes more than minimum wage would vote for them is beyond me. they are living in la-la land making phoney promises because they don't stand a chance...now some fools are falling for it.

if you're a small business owner and vote NDP you're an idiot.
|

Oh and the new Conservative crime bill with its private prisons and 6 month mandatory sentence for having 6 pot plants for personal use. Harper will do nothing about any of this and in fact has the highest deficit budget in Canadian history. The banking regs have nothing to do with him even though his party takes credit for it. From what I have heard it seems the Conservatives are a bit out of touch with grass roots rage and the NDP are gaining ground. I doubt they will win but it may be that they are the official opposition to Harper's minority government. And perhaps then ordinary people will be heard a bit louder. |
Well if you knew anything about canadian politics. You'd know that our banking regulations were put in place by paul martin when he was finance minister. Not the conservatives.

voting ndp here.. the davis is the only decent person in zee riding to vote for, she does a good job.
|
I think the NDP are gaining ground is mainly due to the fact that Canadians in general lean more so to the left, but have lost faith in the Liberals and the far Right Wing policies the Tories scare the shit out of them. Myself I think it doesn't really matter who is running the show. I fucking hate them all.

This liberal way of thinking has destroyed the US job market other wise all those millions of illegals and those million jobs they take would be there and US would be fine. So Canada as there lil bro as they would say should learn from this. So far with immigration they have done ok I guess but strengthing laws will destroy our legal system, turning our legal system into the laughing joke that is the US system, the worst 1st world country prison system.

As for how well we're doing, the Conservative have actually spent a ton of money and have blown some of the gains made in the past. What's doing it for us right now is that everyone wants our oil and copper etc. I do take offence to being called a moron though... I really don't think those from the US can really cast stones given their last 10 years. |

they must know that if they wanna play ball they're going to need to suck in Liberal, BQ, and finally conservative voters to gain any sort of majority. |
Got to love Jack. Got his dick whacked off in a Dundas St. massage parlour the same time he was fighting against table dances in Toronto.
Fuck that smiling piece of shit. |

voting NDP is pure insanity, their policies would destroy the country for decades to come if they ever got in :2 cents:

the bottom line is that if a party gets in that ruins the economy and starts spending like crazy and raising taxes and interest rates go up, the repercussions last for many many years :2 cents:
|
bottom line is simple. how did laytons name pop up in a smear campaign 2 days before election day that would result in a breach of trust for a police force?
you guys got some nice trees over there for sure, but it's time to look at the forest. |
police have always backed harper due to his pro-cop, pro-prison stance.
it was an obvious leak to benefit him. |

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stephen...deral_election Immediately prior to the Christmas break, in a faxed letter to NDP candidate Judy Wasylycia-Leis, the Commissioner of the RCMP, Giuliano Zaccardelli announced the RCMP had opened a criminal investigation into her complaint that it appeared Liberal Finance Minister Ralph Goodale's office had leaked information leading to insider trading before making an important announcement on the taxation of income trusts. On December 27, 2005, the RCMP confirmed that information in a press release. At the conclusion of the investigation, Serge Nadeau, a top Finance Department bureaucrat, was charged with criminal breach of trust. No charges were laid against then Finance Minister Ralph Goodale.[94 |

all conservatives did was not tear those laws apart in favor of a more american pro business version (which was really just an issue of not getting around to it yet, given their current policy). we should go back to the middle of the road liberal party but the current leader is to much of a tool. NDP is still a better choice since they will spend their time fixing the pro business "mistakes' of the harper conservatives, getting us back to the liberal middle again. |
it seems many of the NDP candidates are very far from ready to do anything...one is a part time waitress in a bar, another a conspiracy theorist, ect, etc..
