Encoding Videos Help?
Hey guys! how are you? hope you are fine :) I need some help with videos encoding, any guy regularlity encoding videos here can help me out if he wants too, its not something too complicated what i need to know ;)
I had purchased lots of different HD movies, the thing is, when i play those 720p movies on a 42' LCD, some of them look pixelated if i'm standing just infront of the tv, with my head sticked to it, and some I DONT SEE A FUCKING PIXEL! How do this last ones achieve this quality? Might it be due to the fps for example? i noticed the those videos which i don't need to go 1 or 2 meters from the big TV not so see the pixelation have a fps of 29, when the other ones seem to be PAL ( 25fps ), which is the best encoding specs to achieve real HD 720p ??? + Which encoding format? + What FPS ? + Progressive Scan? Uper/Lower Field? + Entropy Code? Any tips here welcome guys :) On the other hand, above from doing the common color balance, constrast, etc on movie editing, are there any good plugins to make movie quality better? I had been checking boris page and seems to have really good plugins for vegas ;) Anyone encoding/editing HD movies, or even SD movies with tips are very welcome! thanks a lot in advance guys :) |
