Well it should - Cheap, Quality, Fast = Pick 2. Blackhat will drop your site, Whitehat is expensive and takes a long time. Determine your business strategy and find the proper people for it.

if you have a decent site, then you probaly just need backlinks.

No worthy 'seo expert' needs to trawl forums for an income. They should be at no1 for every lucrative keyword you can think of.
