Since you asked, here you go...

Take a look around the UN website. For example Agenda 21 and UN Habitat. Look at their plans for the world e.g. ownership of private property will be made illegal. Their plans are not for this world that we're living in now. When people talk about the New World, that is exactly what the UN are planning for. It means that this style of society we have now has completely gone. To change this world so much, the current society needs to be brought to it's knees. Ultimately the UN (controlled by Bankers/Elite) are going to carry out a World Coup, but a covert one. We will think they are coming to save us as they hand out food, taking weapons away from the countries who have attacked others. The UN Peacekeepers; that's how they want to be seen, really are just another tentacle from the Bankers/Elite who have planned and set this up. Eventually the UN will be the only ones with weapons, no country or individual will have weapons. The UN will have complete control; it's a scam!

How will the World Coup come about? We already have the EU which is a part of this, we weren't allowed to vote on this, the EU took over Europe by stealth, this is what the Bankers are capable of. No more democracy in the EU zones. Taxes for global warming, they are really to fund the World Government. They are engineering a world food crisis, then the UN will say "We need to take control of the world's food supply to distribute the food appropriately", but really they want to control it as it's even better to control the food than it is to control oil. You will see earthquakes (research Tesla and HAARP), tsunamis, terror attacks. If you look into the Club of Rome documents (UN Thinktank) they were trying to work out how to take over the world. They said it had to come from an outside threat, to unite the people. Mother nature, disease and terror all fit the bill.

You ask when is "soon"? We have clues. One of their key plans with this World Coup is a depopulation, they believe there are too many people on the planet for them to control. To take control they setup WWIII, the break it up and 'save' us. To keep control on the long term they want the world population down to around 2 billion. After WWII there was a population boom, so the key to finding their planned date for WWIII is to watch for their sterilization programs as they don't want baby booms this time round. The covert Swine Flu and HPV sterilization programs have already been running for quite some time. Early on the WHO (funded by Rockefellers who also funded the NAZIs) said that the so-called Pandemic will run until 2012 (how can they know that?). So they're continuing their sterilizations through into 2012. However, they might then have another Pandemic and continue sterilizations (by vaccine) into 2013/2014. So, I'm saying it could be as soon as 2012 or they might keep on going with the sterilizations for a couple more years. One way or another, all the signs are that it's very soon. Especially with what we've seen happen to Japan and North Africa in recent months, this is most likely the beginning of it all.

Lots of people wonder why the police state has been set up; the bodyscanners in airports and the CCTV in every street. It's not there for now, it's been put into place ready for WWIII, because we're going to be protesting, we pay the taxes that fund WWIII, so we will protest to try to stop it, that's why they have setup a police state to make sure it will be as difficult as possible for us to put a stop to what's going on.

So, quick answer to your question, WWIII has quite likely just started and it's all going to escalate from here. Full scale war could be as soon as 2012. There are weapons being used that appear to be mother nature, but most people will never believe that, which is very convenient for the Bankers.

It's biggest hits have been the Indian Ocean Tsunami in 2004, the recent Haiti earthquake and the big Tsunami that hit Japan. As with anything like this it has to remain a military secret.

Let me help you straighten out your life... The weather on this planet has been erratic for over a billion years now, it's cycles are so big and so long that people, even scientists, can barely comprehend them. We compensate these unknowns by creating predictions, these predictions are often proven wrong as we are yet to have a full understanding of these cycles, but they keep us content and give us a feeling of comfort thinking we know the answers.

Regarding governments taking over the planet and turning everything into a 1984 nightmare? No. Why? No benefit to anyone. The 'elite' are just people with money who want to keep it, they don't want to rule the world, they just want to chill on yachts, relax with a drink with their friends and travel the world, just like the rest of us. Why would they want differently than you? Of course they want to believe they can control us, they have egos just like we do, but they are just as wrong as we are.

When you get older you are going to start realizing that ALL people are exactly the same. Every year that goes by it will become more apparent. No matter how hard we try to be different we are ultimately exactly the same in the end. If this is true and there is no real benefit of creating a 'drone' society why would they do it?
