Critique this site, gimme some ideas...
 

Fatasstv.com I bought the domain a few years ago and immediately made some sales on it using it as a wordpress tube site. So i figured that I would expand on that idea and make it into a wordpress multi-site install so now it has about 150 blogs, plus the top level tube. Recently traffic dropped so deleted the content ( i got irritated and wanted a fresh start) and switched themes. Its mostly in the bbw niche and im struggling to find content. I have no clue what to do with the footer, header, etc. Should i setup some traffic trades? Should i just continue to post videos and wait? Ideas and opinions please...dont troll me please i got dozens of sites this one fell off...

An insane load time... I think it was almost a minute for all the vid thumbs to load up

You need a good header, a fatass sticking out of a TV set cartoon logo would be cool... :thumbsup

A Search function and keywords table (list) would be useful as well.

...And do something about that gawdawful load speed, or nothing else will matter. :2 cents: :)

I agree, very slow load; it makes your site look sponsored by flowplayer.
What you can do is make the flash video thumbs into regular thumbs; you already have a link at the bottom of each flash video thumb to goes to the same video. That'll clean up some load time.

Other than that, you can to a brand it better with a graphic, maybe a toon, I know there are countless toon artists around here. The footer looks fine, but maybe needs more links: babes, videos, pictures, etc

Might want to make all those thumbs not actual instances of flash. Use a thumbnail instead.
Thats the problem with the load time.

prolly time to switch themes...not many options for wordpress unless you want to toss around a couple hundred bucks...the free tube themes are nice but take alot of customization to look different...:helpme

i thought it would be cool to be able to play the video from the home page sort of like regular tubes have the preview...but this seems to have failed :(

what theme? use that greg80 dudes wp tune theme. works fine.

yes, I thought that was your intention, but you don't have the server power they have. Plus, they do it in a very different way which makes files way smaller. For you to achieve that you'd need some FFMPEG command where you take 3-4 5 seconds scenes and convert the output to .flv, them play on a lighter flash player

Edit: on a side note, a little birdie told me something is coming out soon, no idea what is all about ;)
