CMS integration required
 

We are looking for a full integration of ElevatedX CMS for a paysite.
The CMS is already installed on the sever, and the design is done. We need someone to apply the new design using SmartyTemplates.
The bidder must have experience in similar projects and full knowledge of html and CMS manipulation, php skills also required.
