Shooting Content With?

Hey everyone, just curious if you content guys shoot your scenes with a higher end dslr, or using the really really high end stuff (panasonic, red, etc).

I visit vimeo on a daily basis a lot of the stuff you see there is done with a 7d or mkii.
Just curiuos what the big dawgs are using.

Thanks :)

Really high end stuff is overkill for web.

i'd say most of the serious shooters use HD cams like FX1, FX7 or similar. haven't tried the HD option on DSLR yet, actually i'd like to know how it works with external microphones...

RED would be cool, but for porn it's technical overkill and not worth it. picture quality is overrated if you look at tubes and all the amateur content

Thanks for the comment, I just wasn't sure if these guys that are making big bucks invested on a super cam or even a 5d.

I shouldn't have added red in the mix XD, maybe a xl1 or gl2 or something like that would have been a better example.
