Ive been working with a trainer the last few weeks. Dropped probably 15+ lbs but still have a ways to go.

anywho, i used to think about getting laser hair removal on my back and chest years ago but eventually said fuck it. i'm hairy and fuck people if they don't like it. i am working on getting into better shape though, working out and eating better. though i'm doing it more for the health benefits than anything else, some definition doesn't hurt either. |

I've been at it for about a month.
Started at 198lbs. My original goal was to hit 185, but the weight has been coming off slow. After losing only 5 lbs, I've also noticed that I look much better. Probably because I'm getting some muscle as I lose a little fat. Muscle takes up less space than fat, so the math seems ok. I'll go by the mirror instead of the scale. Today was heavy squatting and deadlifts, with some jump rope, basketball and rowing directly after. Off days I do a 10 mile walk with my dog. To anyone that's trying to get into shape, don't leave out squatting. If I could only do one exercise, it would be heavy squats. It just hits every part of your body and stimulates muscle growth. |
I fall out of a routine when I'm not coaching soccer, just too much shit going on. Trying to get to the gym at least three times/week. I have 49 days before I will be on the beach. :)
