I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS DAY FOR A LONG TIME, as have many of you out there.
David Stodghill, one of the most dangerous predators to have ever frequented this board has finally gotten what he has had coming to him. This violent sexual predator has just been sentenced to 4-8 years for sexually assaulting two
young girls. This criminal has also scammed countless people on here under dozens of different names over a number of years. Myself and a number of other victims banded together a couple years ago to shine a spotlight on this creep.

Davis Stodghill seemed to be a highly motivated individual. His many scams ranged from small ones ripping people off for hosting and website design all the way up to setting up 'charities' where he accepted donations from people on behalf of Terri Schiavo (brain-damaged woman who became the centerpiece of a national right-to-die battle) and Jessica Lunsford (nine-year-old girl who was abducted from her home in Homosassa, Florida in the early morning and was eventually found raped, killed, then and buried). Stodghill's fascination with exploiting helpless females would later take on a whole new light.
I started a blog detailing everything about him as a warning to all. It didn't take too long before he focused his energy on me. He waited until he knew I would be away from home before he launched his attack. It all went down a couple years ago when I was down in Hollywood Florida for a webmaster convention. I got the news that he had gained access to my servers and from there infiltrated everything: domains/websites, email accounts, he even cleaned out my Epassporte account. He actually sold a number of my domains right here on GFY. It was a freakin nightmare.
It was an uphill battle trying to regain what was mine, but I fought back and fought back hard. I even managed to get him into a courtroom in North Carolina. It was only for cyberstalking charges but it was a start. Up until that point he had denied that he had even lived in NC but I called his bluff and used his address I had when filing the charges. My gamble paid off. He was subpoenaed and had to come to court. I was shocked when I finally got to see him in the flesh for the first time.. He looked
horrible. It was definitely the same guy in the photo here but he seem diminished.
The District Attorney did not seem interested at all in even going in front of the judge about this despite all the documentation I had detailing everything. At least I got Stodghill up on a shitty, rainy morning, made him drive all the way to Greensboro, and pay for what looked like an expensive lawyer. Best of all I had confirmed his address. It didn't take too long before Stodghill skipped town and fled up to Cumberland county in Pennsylvania. He didn't spend too long there before he moved all the way out to the west coast where he had apparently had been trying to get into being a paparazzi, which is the perfect line of work for someone like him.
This is where things get crazy. ICE agents raided the place he was staying out there and he somehow managed to get out and made it onto a bus, but the bus was stopped at gunpoint and David Stodghill's run from the law was over. He spent the next few WEEKS being driven back across the country in the back of a van, through the Blizzard of 2010. LOL. It turns out he had a whole lot more to run from that what I had suspected at the time. He had a number of charges hanging over his head ranging from kidnapping to indecent sexual assault with a minor to .. well don't take my word for it - see for yourself:

David Stodghill is presently incarcerated in Cumberland County Prison in Pennsylvania and has just been sentenced on a number of charges involving the sexual assault of two very young girls. Even though I never got justice for the crimes he committed personally against myself nor any of the many victims right here on this board, I still feel that Karma had its way with Stodghill in the end. He is going to be spending a number of years behind bars now for raping those girls, which I can only imagine would not be a position anyone would want to be in. I suspect he will get a taste of what he put those poor girls through during his incarceration. I have a true feeling that justice has been served. It's funny how the universe has a way of balancing things out.

ON ANOTHER NOTE another conman has recently resurfaced here recently:
KMAN.
He was one of the two people behind 'RehabDollars'. At beginning of last year he started to not pay certain people that he thought he could get away with not paying. He got me for $2400. When I told him that I would take it to the boards he quickly launched a preemptive strike on me starting his own thread and kept bumping a number of ancient threads where I had been fighting with people from years ago. His attacks and accusations were constant and unrelenting. He was portraying me as a 'carder' and accused me of sending him fake signups, which was a complete and utter lie, but he stuck to his story for a while until it started unraveling. For a while many people did not know who was telling the truth. I was battling KMan and his small handful of supporters for weeks until both me and KMan got banned from here. We both got reinstated shortly thereafter but it was obvious that things had come to a boiling point.
When more and more people started coming forward telling of how they had been ripped off by KMan people started to turn on him. That is when the real drama started. RehabDollars promptly 'went under' and NO ONE got paid! The entire drama that ensued seemed very suspicious. KMan protecting JJ. Come on people. That is when the smell of bullshit in the air got real thick and KMan vanished like a thief into the night.

Now that KMan is back posting here trying to worm his way back into this community let all of you be warned. I just wanted to give you all a heads up.
