How do you count your cpm?

Is a view counted as first click sent to your site, or if a visitor looks at 10 pages it counts as 10 impressions?

Why? Pretty sure the same person owns all of them. Assuming this is the owner or someone who works for him.

Basically they are paying you to send your traffic to their tubes. Unless you are sending tube traffic, it will only damage our industry even further (if that were even possible).
