Never in my life. I got more work done on my laptop more efficiently sitting at a desk or table in a chair with back support.

1. i bought a toshiba so doesn't get that hot at all ever.

2. because i'm not a pussy...

its because of the heat the laptop creates is at an "unhealthy level" for your nuts. Just buy something that will allow it to vent.

the chance of the battery blowing up is slim, but thats the risk you take for having a laptop :1orglaugh
