What about CPA deals? I'd imagine those are pretty scarce because if the sites in question wanted CPA, they'd just send to affiliate programs...but, the new economy, etc. never hurts to ask.

you can kind of optimize for CPA at Juicy, BlackLabelAds has that option built-in but you can't get CPA in mainstream either unless first you plow trough a few thousand $$$ and prove your sites convert then the network will think about it

in the end eCPM is what counts for a pub with CPM ads since your fill rate is not always 100%
