HDR Tutorials? (Whos got em?)

Who has some pretty good HDR tutorials? I have a T2i and would like to play around with some of my photography.

can't you do this automatically with some of the Apple software?

I have this setting on my camera and turns out ok, but I'm sure it is better with actual software
