Did not know this program had stolen any affiliate money, at least not since started using MPA3. No reports of this to us at all. Be sure to contact me personally if this happens while any program is on MPA3 and I will take action on our end. We have taken action against programs before and can do it again where needed. :2 cents:

curious: how do you feel about non-paying secondary processors and using affiliate traffic for non-paying mobile or alternate tours?

The idea we had when we introduced cascading billing to this industry (yes, we introduced that to our market) was that both affiliates and program owners ALIKE should benefit from having cascading billing, secondary and alternative payment platforms. :2 cents:

We had a customization request like that a while ago that we said no to, simply because that would ruin the whole idea of cascading billing.

is MP3 standard compatible with netbilling?

How easy is the installation? Rico's team paid for MPA3 Standard back in December of 2010 and it still has not been installed. He escalated the problem to you and still no installation. Is this a 6 month installation process? How long should this take?

You can install it yourself, a 30 minute process if you follow the simple instructions and make sure your hosting company has server set up properly. Or you can have us do the installation for you, 15 minutes, but the same requirements goes for the server and hosting company to ensure server is setup according to specs. prior to installation taking place. I think this tells you what happens with Rico's installation. :2 cents:

According to him, you never provided the software to them. Self install is not an option unless you want to refund some money. They paid for implementation/integration, design, etc. the job is yours to do the work. Just contact him and get MPA3 installed. It only takes 30 minutes, right? End of story. :2 cents:

The server information was sent to your organization on February 25th. Your tech (Ross) used it to install MAS as well as other software and your designer (Rado) used it to receive design material.

Rico is traveling on business this weekend. He will get in touch with you via email upon his return.

Got the information I needed from the team and was told the delay for the MPA3 installation was done "intentionally" to wait for the sites to be built etc so that the rent fees would not start to run before everything else was ready to go. So there seems to have been a miscommunication. We will sort that out with Rico upon his return after the weekend. :2 cents:

how much is it customizable?

cause for us after numerous months of work we decided to give up, its not the easiest process in the world.

2nd integration of chexxx which was promised to us, still didnt happen after 2 months, or at least we couldnt spot it at all.

We have our own modules we'd like to use but thats a bitch as well, everything you add new to it had to be inside an iframe with a butt ugly scrollbar.

tbh mpa3 made us lose a couple of months, and we after those months decided not to go with it. Simply because it takes too long to customize it so it looks like the program owner wants it to look and not how you guys want it to look.

Hi Ed,

I see that Peter (your colleague) discussed the CHEXX integration this Thursday May 19th with our CTO who informed you that we the same day received information about the integration process with them. Before that time it was promised to be integrated but no contact information provided. We consequently started the integration on FRIDAY 20th of May and is now waiting for Chexx to FEDEX us a token we need in order to properly integrate them into MPA3 Standard. I think this shows how we jump on the things we need to do immediately and that any delay in this is clearly not on our end. :2 cents:

Secondly, I read through the support tickets for your account and see that we were not given access to your server to perform debugs etc when you had problems setting things on your own. It is ok that we do not have access to your servers, but when a problem occurs and our MPA3 crew cannot even get access to log files, touch any files or run debugs to see what you may have done on your end - then it is extremely difficult to do support. :(

I am afraid that you will not find it any easier with any provider of complex software's such as MPA3 or the likes if you do not allow under any circumstances our technicians to get access to assist you in setting your software up.

It was a common occurrence in your tickets posted that you were not comfortable in working with our software, reasons I take is your own. We are sorry it seemed too hard for you to work with it and wish you all the best going forward with your own custom programmed system.
