What are you guys using to back up your office computers?

We were going to use the Windows 7 backup system but it was literally going to take 3 or 4 days to backup a TB of data. From what we have read around the web it is useless for more than 200gb of data.

Downloaded and am trying out Acronis True Home 2011 and it seems to do what we need very quickly.

Any recommendations for anything better?

Acronis is great, that's what I use for the PCs.

TimeMachine for the Macs.

Custom scripts for the freebsd/openbsd servers.

I have 5 hard drives in my system counting 2 external. I basically switch which one is the documents folder drive every couple of months... I have copies of important stuff like ICQ history and appdata folders on each drive from various points in my career.

Every once in a while I surf a drive and have... wow, nice! fuck yeah! moments as I find shit I can reuse today.

keepit.com to constantly backup my laptop. When I travel and are on the go, which I am most of the time, I do not have room to pack an external drive along. So I utilize an online incremental backup service which keeps my laptop in total sync all the time. It costs a few dollars per month, but totally worth it should my laptop crash, be stolen, drenched in coffee/water/coca cola or whatever else possible drink might come near it or just take an unforeseen hit in a luggage compartment on an airplane or a taxi.

I can afford to lose my laptop, but I can't afford to lose whats on its harddrive.

Us too. Takes about seven years but at least your data is safe.
