I don't remember their galleries ever being offered on their domains...

It has always been something like:

yeah.. you making up linking codes... they don't put gallys in front of the domains UNLESS it is rk.com or nastydollars.com

in the fhg mass output tool from nastydollars they let you choose from 4 or 5 domains , it wont let you choose rk.com or nastydollars.com

when you first go to the page it shows the output "list" as rk.com but if you try to select a domain to choose as an alternative ( like worldsfinestass.com ) it wont let you instead changes the url to pure18.com no matter what you choose , tested in chrome and ie

no actually i think it is just a scripting problem of the output tool, i dont think "gallys.cumfiesta.com" ever worked or was supposed to work , but the tool is handing out that url as working to webmasters trying to get fhg's

Great to see how many ND old schoolers are in here that know their
linking codes! As V-RocKs pointed out those are not linking codes that
are used. There is a bug in the exporter tool that echoes those out
when you change the alternate domain value. We are correcting now.
