Your "new" admin is the slowest loading admin on the entire internet.

My connection is not fast to begin with and now that your "classic" admin doesn't support all features, I have to use your new one, which is just awful. Sometimes it doesn't even load and just times out.

Please take note of Zombaio's admin. You guys would rule the earth if you had one like theirs.

No they wouldn't because the admin is not the only thing that ccbill need to invest more in.

That's for another thread. I'm just crying about their admin today, as it took me almost an hour just to add 3 new price points. Had to force close firefox 5 different times.

Oh... and their new support chat. PLEASE go back to the old one.

i started having issues with customer support, no reply for weeks...
live chat support confirms that my email is in queue but do nothing about it....

I can't help but wonder if the glitchiness carries over to surfers trying to sign up too, costing us possible paying members?

That's often been a worry of mine too.

The new admin navigation is superior to the old, but still, reports fail to load over and over among other things. And the line 'we only support IE and recommend using IE when viewing our admin panel' is just not really good enough nowadays as other browsers in many users opinions are much better.
