Paris Hilton has claimed she is a daredevil who loves fishing.

The hotel heiress has decided to share 25 things about her life which she claims were previously unknown by others.

The American star has divulged a number of obscure facts ranging from her interest in creative gifts to her favourite condiments.

The 30-year-old star told UsMagazine.com that despite her glamorous exterior she loves to partake in outdoor sports.

"I'm a daredevil and love to skydive!" she confessed. "I like to go fishing."

Paris also revealed she has a very creative side. The blonde beauty prefers to make gifts for her friends and family, and also uses her drawing talent to create ideas for her fashion lines.

"I love scrapbooking and creating albums as gifts for my friends and family," she revealed. "I love to draw. I'm always sketching designs for my handbag and footwear lines."

Paris can speak French fluently. Despite being bi-lingual, the star would love to extend her knowledge of other countries' lingo.

"I speak French but want to learn more languages," she said.

Paris also revealed a rather obscure fact. The television personality says her favourite condiment is of the fruity variety.

Bizarre? What's bizarre in fishing, drawing or scrape booking?

I know somebody that loves "flesh" (to feel it with her hands) and other that LOVES to chop things, she says it's the most relaxing activity to her. Now that's what I call bizarre.

She also said that Playboy wanted her to pose nude for them and she faked like she was interested in doing it to run up the price then got her dad to pay her double that not to do it.

Applesauce being a condiment is extreme to me. I think of condiment as something you put on other things to add their flavor. I've never used applesauce that way.

I wonder what going fishing involves for her? Is she like Jane Fonda with hip waders trekking through the woods with her fly fishing gear and mosquito head net? Or arriving in a hot car dipping toes in a private lake? Both fun, but one is fishing, the other can be done with or without fishing gear and still fit "I like to go fishing" bullet point.
