It's not Dolphin, the group and interaction on the site is very different.

It looks badass whatever it is.

My guess is custom, they all look to be the same outfit.

A google search finds quite a few different sites doing it, at first I thought it was Social Engine with customizations, but now I am not sure.

I'd like to find out what it is.

We know:

It's an inhouse solution owned by Symbios Solutions Limited in the UK

They have 34 sites running the software, they own a billing company and other networks.

Their turnover according to a UK Business Intelligence report I ordered is in the vicinity of £29,000,000 - thats a fuck load of money.
